A: Worldwide shipping is provided. However we are mainly operarting in EU, UK, US, AU. The shipping time might be affected if you are in mid-Asia or Africa.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2 working days. All the orders will me manully processed shipped from Hong Kong. Standard international shipping usually takes 10-14 business days, and express shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business daysdepends on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly on our "Track Your Order" page using your order number and email.

Q: Are the sliders loud? Will they disturb others?
A: As our name, 'CLACK POCKET,' suggests, many of our metallic sliders produce a satisfying 'clack' sound. These are perfect for enhancing personal focus, but we recommend being mindful when using them in quiet environments like libraries or meetings. For those in office settings, we offer quieter options that still deliver a satisfying sound, similar to the gentle tapping of a keyboard.
Q: Do I need to maintain or lubricate my metal sliders?
A: Most of our products are designed to be maintenance-friendly. However, fingerprints and skin debris can be common issues with EDC toys. We recommend using a lens cloth for daily cleaning. If you experience any mechanical issues, feel free to reach out to us or consult EDC pro players for advice on lubrication and other modifications.

A: We stand behind the quality of our products. Enjoy a 14-day return policy with original packaging and unused condition. Additionally, we offer a 90-day warranty, ensuring peace of mind with a hassle-free replacement policy.
Q: My product arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
A: Each order is packed by our dedicated team, ensuring the highest level of care and quality. While we’re confident that issues won’t arise, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective product, simply contact us with photos or proof, and we will promptly ship you a brand-new replacement via our fastest courier service.
